What you buy
pdoomvideo Creator turns one sentence into an original song and an animated music video. It is digital content, delivered online as an MP4 file that you watch and download on pdoomvideo.com. Nothing is shipped.
Creator will be sold as one-time credit packs, priced in US dollars (USD). There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Creator is invite-only today and paid access is not open yet; this policy applies to every purchase once it is.
Failed videos: credits come back automatically
If a video fails to generate, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. You don’t need to contact us.
All other payments are final
Apart from the automatic return of credits for failed videos, all payments are final and are not refunded. In particular:
- credits that have been used are not refunded;
- videos that have been delivered are not refunded.
Customers in the EU and the UK
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Credits and videos are digital content that we supply immediately. When you buy, you ask us to start supplying it immediately and you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
How charges appear
Charges appear on your card statement as PDOOMVIDEO.COM.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived where you live.
