How points work

A video uses as many points as it is long. Any length from 5 seconds to 5 minutes. Making one takes about 12 minutes for 5 seconds, about 35 for 40 seconds, and up to about 3 hours for 5 minutes.

Points don’t expire.Use them whenever you have an idea.

A video that can’t be finished gives them back. Its points go back to your balance automatically.

Unused points you bought can be refunded. Within 30 days of buying them (14 days if you paid with WeChat Pay), from My home. Points you were given, such as from a gift code, can’t be refunded.

Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies; checkout may show the equivalent in your local currency.
